Condizioni di spedizione
Il tempo di consegna dipende da tanti fattori: disponibilità del prodotto, modalità di pagamento, metodo di consegna e servizi aggiuntivi.
Se scegli un pagamento posticipato, come bonifico o rateale, la data di consegna sarà fissata solo dopo la conferma del pagamento.
IMPORTANTE - COME SI ACCETTA LA MERCE
Al momento della consegna della merce da parte del corriere, il Cliente è tenuto a controllare:
- che l'imballo risulti integro, non danneggiato o comunque alterato, anche nei sigilli di chiusura.
Affinché la copertura assicurativa sia valida è condizione indispensabile che qualora il cliente dovesse riscontrare delle anomalie alla ricezione del prodotto dovrà accettarlo scrivendo sul documento fornito dal fattorino:
- SI ACCETTA CON RISERVA - COLLO SCONDIZIONATO
- SI ACCETTA CON RISERVA + descrizione dell'anomalia riscontrata
NON è sufficiente annotare:
- SI ACCETTA CON RISERVA
- SI ACCETTA CON RISERVA DI CONTROLLO
Bensì dovrà essere esplicitato il motivo della riserva in maniera dettagliata.
Una volta firmato il documento del corriere, il Cliente non potrà opporre alcuna contestazione. In mancanza di apposizione di riserva circostanziata eWeki.it non potrà in nessun caso essere ritenuta responsabile di eventuali anomalie riscontrate circa lo stato del prodotto, dopo l‘avvenuta consegna.
N.B. Imballo/Scatola del prodotto deve essere conservata fino ai termini della garanzia stessa. In caso di anomalia il cliente è tenuto comunque a:
- Notificare entro 3 giorni (anche se è consigliato farlo immediatamente), il danno riscontrato alla eweki.it.
Per eventuali differenze di Peso/Volume sarà contattato per accordare la nuova tariffa.

With a heritage in imaging and production spanning over 70 years, our large format technology covers computer-aided design (CAD) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), general use, photography and fine art, as well as proofing.
On-site next-day service.
In the event of a fault or simply for support, customers can call the Canon support desk. If the issue can’t be resolved over the phone, or remotely, a qualified service engineer will be dispatched on-site by the next business day. Users also get access to a helpdesk
Installation and Training service.
This involves installation of hardware, utility software (including printer driver), loading of inks and media, and connection to network or USB connection. Standard training covers the main functions and features plus day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting.
Advanced Training service.
Half-a-day training providing in-depth coverage of the functions and features of the product and installed software, plus troubleshooting. This will include printer menus, print head cleaning/replacement, loading media, main and advanced functions of the Windows/Macintosh printer driver and relevant utility software. Also covered are the features and functions of PosterArtist LT.
